"Acceptance for me is that the reality of the situation is not going to be what I want, but that's the reality of it. I can either hurt myself by resisting that, or I can let it go completely and let it be what it is," Susan says.
Susan is the co-founder of the Collapse Club meetings. She brings long experience with the 12-Step group Al-Anon, whose methods have informed what we do. She lives in Amarillo, Texas.
